Customer Reviews Summary

"Had to replace a shower pressure balancing valve every couple months for 2 years. I thought maybe the valve in the wall had failed but planned that repair with a full bathroom remodel - which I kept delaying. Then my water heater, which I thought was 18 years old started releasing pressure and overflow water every couple minutes. I thought for sure I needed a new tank. Gabe did an inspection of both items. Instead of busting out my shower to replace the valve and replacing my water heater just because I thought that was the problem, he was honest. My water heater was 6 years old (1 month out of warranty of course) but fine. My shower valve was fine. The issue, my high rise condo towers' main PRV in my unit failed so my fixtures were being crushed under 200 lbs of pressure. In the process of that fix, we discovered my main shut off was only partially working. Aaron Plumbing could have hit me with over $5000 in charges but their honesty saved me $3500, much needed during the holidays and a year under chaotic tariff fueled inflation."

"We had an underground leak at the foundation, and were able to schedule an inspection the next day. Gabe came out and really flexed his experience by quickly locating our issue. He informed us of our options and was able to repair the leak very timely and thoroughly. I’m glad I chose Aaron Plumbing and will be sure to recommend. Many thanks to the service reps and especially Gabe who was very patient and understanding with us!"

"CJ did an amazing job! He came out for an assessment on 12/23 and was able to come back on Christmas Eve to replace several plumbing concerns and our water heater that had started leaking. Friendly, professional, and quality work! I'm hesitant when it comes to plumbing services, but I'll absolutely use Aaron Services again. Thank you!"

Compliance Q&A Accordion (Macon Regulations)

Understanding how this provider coordinates with Bibb County and Macon Water Authority codes:

Why should I hire an independent local hauler?

Independent haulers like Aaron's Grease Trap Service often have lower corporate overhead, which can result in highly competitive pricing. Plus, you usually deal directly with the owner for scheduling.

Is Aaron's Grease Trap Service properly licensed to haul grease?

Yes, Aaron's Grease Trap Service is actively registered with the state and holds unique FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) transport permits, making them fully compliant with commercial wastewater regulations.

How often is my commercial kitchen required to pump its grease trap?

Under the standard Georgia 25% Rule, Aaron's Grease Trap Service recommends pumping when combined fats, oils, grease, and settled solids reach 25% of the total liquid depth, or at least quarterly.

What documentation do I need for municipal FOG audits?

When Aaron's Grease Trap Service services your interceptor, they will provide a physical pumping manifest. You are required by most local authorities to maintain these records on-site for a minimum of 3 years.

Does this company handle interceptor blockages and backups?

Yes, alongside routine liquid waste hauling, active commercial pumpers are equipped to handle urgent line jetting and localized backups for their commercial accounts.
