Customer Reviews Summary

"I’ve been a loyal customer of Farmer’s Oil for over 5 years, but my recent experience with them was beyond unacceptable. After I made the decision to have someone else pick up my oil, I was met with shocking levels of rudeness and unprofessionalism from their representatives, Melissa and Adam. Not only did they come into my business and curse at me, but their behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and racially charged. It’s disappointing and disturbing to be treated like this—especially by a company I’ve supported for years. Their actions were completely uncalled for and have made it clear they do not value small businesses or show respect to longtime customers. I will never do business with Farmer’s Oil again, and I strongly urge other small business owners to think twice before working with them. There are far better, more respectful companies out there who will treat you with the professionalism you deserve."

Is Farmer Oil Inc. properly licensed to haul grease?
