Customer Reviews Summary

"Purchasing a home so asked for septic inspection. They had to be told multiple times coordinate with listing agent FOR SCHEDULING. still didn’t do that because I was called when they were on the way, when I asked if the sellers new and the tech didn’t even know I was the potential buyer and not at the property, acted like he’d never heard the listing agents name! This was around first week of September and I never heard from them again. The home sale fell apart and I never got an inspection or a bill so I let it go. Then, September 30th rolls around and I get a bill for 375$ and no inspection report. Person on phone says she will look into it. Sunday I get a new invoice for 390$ now and still no inspection report cuz they sent that to the listing agent !!!! Keeps saying well I approved it. I never spoke with anyone ! It was my product I ordered and I should have been the only person privy to the damn information and if “sending it to a realtor is required” then it should have been communicated to oh I dunno ME? And u would have been given MY agents contact info. Not have ME PAY FOR A FREE INSPECTION FOR SOME STRANGER! AND THEN ARGUE WITH ME OVER AND STILL STICK ME WITH THE BILL! So ignorant, Do not use this company. I’d rate it 0 if I could."

"DO NOT use this company. Owner was not professional, knowledgeable, or kept his word. He came to inspect tank and pump for the sale of my home. Only inspected half of the tank, and reported he couldn’t get to the other side because of a concrete walkway THAT DID NOT EXIST!! The following day, I noticed the tank backing up into the yard, he informed my it was because of the rain, and told me to call back the next day if it was still backing up. (Even though my plumber told me to insist on him coming back out, that something was wrong). Two days later I called again to ask for him to come out, and he replied he was busy and it’s taking 1-2 hours to dump his truck, and he would get there when he could. That perhaps it would be the following day. And still he did not come. The day after, we called and he told us he was so busy, but he would be there the next morning. AND NOTHING!!! Not a call or text or anything! He completely blew us off. I had a problem and needed help! So I recommend NOT doing business with this company! Or trying to! Went with a different company, Herring Septic, that provided me a true and accurate report of my tank. Also informed me of what was wrong with my system. Do not use this company!!!"
