Customer Reviews Summary

"I can not recommend this company and employees highly enough. I had a problem that I thought was serious with our septic system and they came out and verified that it was an easy fix and cured my problem in short time. I was certain that our tank also needed to be pumped so they tested it and let me know that it could go for another 6 months or a year...possibly more before it needed to be pumped out. Honest, professional and very courteous. North Georgia Environmental Services is the one company I know I can trust do the work needed to be done correctly and honestly."

"I have known Mike for over 10 years when he first started working for North GA Environmental, back then he was very professional and as the owner of this company now, he has brought that professionalism with him. NGES pumps our grease trap twice a year and they always call when I forget to schedule it. Today they spent 2 hours clearing a problem drain that was backing up for some unknown reason. They arrived when they said and didn't leave until they were sure the problem was resolved. I don't consider them as a vendor but as friends, because they are willing to help out when ever they can."

"Do not have these people install your septic tank!!! They gave me a $9,700.00 estimate. Then said that they ran into problems because they couldn't put the tank where they said. Charged us over $18,000. Installed a tank way across our front yard and ran the lines through fill dirt where they sank and the system failed and they said that they couldn't repair it. They immediately put a lean on our house for the extra $8,000.00. The system caused $100,00.00 worth of damage when it backed up and ruined the entire bottom floor of our home. Fifteen hundred square feet of sewage. We got our attorney, but couldn't sue because the statue of limitations had run, even when they hid the fact from us that the system could not be repaired. We had an honest company come in and put the replacement septic tank exactly where North Georgia Environmental said that they couldn't. That job was under $10,000 and the job was perfect. The value of our beautiful lake home is forever devalued because of the sewage in the house. Our yard was torn up and graded poorly. There's a big retaining wall in our front yard from North Georgia Environmental. They said we had to have it and we didn't. We are going to have to spend another 15K to fix our front yard from what they did. Terrible drainage issues. Retaining wall falling down. It doesn't take much to get a license to install septic tank systems, so I have been told by Hall County. Seriously the worst experience in my life. They ruined our home and then ruined our credit with a lean for 8K. They financially ruined us and we will never recover. I have all.paper.work from North Georgia Environmental. I have the initial estimate of $9,700.00, the tax lien for just over $8,000., Copies of my checks to them . I have about one hundred photos of owners and employees in their North Georgia Environmental shirts. Photos of North Georgia Environmental trucks in my yard. Copies of litigation filed against North Georgia Environmental that I had to drop because it would cost more in court costs than I could recover. I'm an officer of the court and I swear that this is true. This was done under ownership of Jessie Nix, who subsequently sold NGE to an employee."
