Customer Reviews Summary

"Pumpco has far exceeded our expectations. Steve is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and honest, qualities that are hard to come by. We had another company come out before him who told us we needed to replace our entire system. When Steve and his team arrived, they took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and explained that the issue could be fixed without a full replacement. Talk about relief! We are beyond grateful for their integrity and professionalism and will never use another company for our septic needs. Highly recommend Pumpco"

— Lleza

"Strongly advise against using Pumpco — they lack even the most basic professional ethics! Their workers directly dumped sewage in my backyard and into the septic tank area. When they backfilled, they mixed feces directly with the soil. We had to call the police, and the officers told us that what they did was illegal. They advised us to file a complaint with the county, and that the government can fine them for this behavior. Please be extremely careful and avoid this company at all costs."

— HalfGod Boy

"Great team at Pumpco! Super impressed. They got our utility lines marked the same day we called them. Service was quick and easy. Joe and the service team spent time answering our questions and explaining the system. Amanda in the office is awesome! Will definitely use them for all future service!"

Understanding how this provider coordinates with Bibb County and Macon Water Authority codes:

Why should I hire an independent local hauler?

Independent haulers like Pumpco Septic & Sewer often have lower corporate overhead, which can result in highly competitive pricing. Plus, you usually deal directly with the owner for scheduling.

Is Pumpco Septic & Sewer properly licensed to haul grease?

Yes, Pumpco Septic & Sewer is actively registered with the state and holds unique FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) transport permits, making them fully compliant with commercial wastewater regulations.
