"Darlene quoted $499 to pump the septic tank. They sent a woman that had just came off of maternity leave to come pump it knowing there was a concrete riser lid on the solids tank. I ended up helping her remove it because that is what good people around here do. She was nice but unprofessional; the girl was frustrated by the weight of the lid and cussing like a sailor. She noticed the outlet for the pump had burned out so the office sent 2 other people out here. One of them was Jordan Randall who seemed to takeover the job.
While waiting to pay them, Jordan Randall and the woman fresh of maternity leave were telling each other stories of the jobs they had just come off reveling in the fact that Jordan and a previous customer had a verbal stand off about if a former plumber had done their job correctly. When they finally came over to let me pay them, the woman’s tablet didn’t work and so Jordan had the ability to accept payment by phone.
They billed me $1,080 with no explanation as to why and gave me a digital receipt that had no written lines at all. It did not say what they did, what they didn’t do, what a set price was for any task they feel that they completed; nothing. The next morning, water backed up in every bath tub and shower in the house. Come to find out it is because they never cleared the main line.
After calling Darlene we were forwarded to Jordan Randall who only came back to the house on that day because he feared an insurance claim knowing that with 3 employees out here the previous day, they still couldn’t do a simple job correctly. He came out with a truck that let him spray a water jet up the pipe and cleared the main line, like what should have happened the previous day.
If it had happened the previous day, they would have pumped everything they cleared from the main line up, as is customary. Instead he cleared my main line, acted like it was charity, even though he came to complete a job they didn’t complete yesterday, and this time magically had a paper receipt needing signatures with descriptions of the work that he did.
However, this leaves me in a situation of having no pump working in the tank and in his description one of them is 1/2 full and the other is 1/4 full. Mind you this 20 hours after their pump service and we don’t have the ability to add anything to the tanks because they had left the main line clogged up. He tried to tell me it was all ground water. In his opinion it certainly was not the fact that he had to empty the whole main line into the tanks, didn’t pump anything out, as it should have been, and as if he didn’t clear everything with a high pressure water jet. The truth is he left me in a position where their pumping service the previous day was null and void even though they got paid.
If you pay someone to pump the tank, they have to come out twice because they failed at completing their job correctly, and then they leave you with tanks that are 50% pumped out. I would say that it is a fraudulent company.
My experience has been that they are: dishonest, unprofessional, and shady.
Also heads up, when you confront them about their price discrepancy Jordan Randall will tell you they charge by the tank even though Darlene will tell you that it is by the 1,000 gallon. Who knows who is honest there? I assume Darlene because every single septic pump company that I called in the area charges by the 1,000 gallon. Also those places have lower prices, more reviews, and more trusted.
For real, try Metro plumbing - Poop Guys - literally anyone else.
TL;DR: If you want unprofessional people overcharging you and not doing the job correctly, leaving you in almost as bad of a spot as the original service, while they act like they have done you favor, then this 20+ year long business with only 92 reviews (likely because they delete the bad ones) is for you."

My residence is not even the one being serviced and your driver has completely blocked my driveway to service a neighboring house! I literally cannot leave unless I drive completely through the neighbor’s yard that lives in front of me! This is UNACCEPTABLE and should NOT be allowed! It has been HOURS and I still have no access to leave!!!!
Might I add that my driveway is NOT a shared driveway as stated in the reply, nor has it ever been!!! It is completely independent from the residence that was being serviced. Also, it is not my job to tell the tech where he needs to park! Common sense should be more than enough to know not to block a driveway!!!!"

No they DID NOT have equipment running from their van to apartment. The employee simply did not want to park in appropriate parking and walk themself. I commented they were parked Illegally in an handicap parking spot (as I tried catching my breath) employee was unconcerned and dismissive. This employee who represents the company showed No respect for the disabled and handicapped.
What kind of employees are being hiring and coming into customers homes?!"
